Online surveys

The latest web based technologies make data gathering and analysis using the internet a cost effective and highly efficient option for quantitative measurement. Online surveys are easy to complete, are not limited on space and provide real time data. This means it is a possible to gather or record detailed comments that provide the reasons behind the scores that are recorded.

Real time data is invaluable in some environments, such as call centres, where high volumes of transactions are taking place and being able to implement corrective action rapidly can have immediate impact on service satisfaction and sales. It also possible for managers to access data at any time, rather than waiting for printed reports.

Online surveys are an effective methodology wherever speed of feedback is important, where using the internet is likely to be a preferred method of input (for example employee surveys) and for capturing information from a number of locations, including overseas.
