The winner of the Customer Service Centre of the Year in the 2013 European Call Centre and Customer Service Awards is Chain Reaction Cycles – the world’s largest online bike store.

With stiff competition from top brands like Miele, Tesco and Deutsche Telekom, CRC has reason to be proud. Based in a small town outside Belfast this family-grown business develops a real passion in its people for giving customers a really special experience.

A key aspect that impressed my co-judge, Stuart Dorman, and I was that everyone – including staff in the warehouse – got to listen to customer calls and to personally feel the end-to-end customer experience.
