Top 50 Companies for Customer Service Awards – The UK’s only benchmarking programme which uses a company’s own customers to mystery shop and benchmark
Cape Consulting were thrilled to see their client – Baxi – take 10th position for Calls in the Top 50 Customer Service Awards 2014.
